Scheduling & Appointments
Shop Minimum is $100.
Must bring ID.
No minors (under 18) allowed in the shop for any reason or duration.
Due to South Carolina state law, all clients must be over 18 or older. I do not tattoo minors, even with parental consent.
Pets are not allowed in the shop.
Clients are allowed to bring a maximum of two guests to their appointments.
It is illegal for artists to tattoo a client’s head, face or neck.
No smoking or vaping inside the shop.
Drinks must have a lid & food must be consumed in the waiting area.
It is illegal for our artists to perform a tattoo on a client that is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Deposits
25% Deposit is required to book an appointment.
Deposits will count towards the total cost of your tattoo at the end of your appointment.
Deposits will be forfeited if not used within 3 months of payment.
Deposits will be forfeited if client does not show up to their scheduled appointment.
Deposits will be forfeited if client does not give a 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule appointment.
Deposits will be transferred once to another scheduled appointment ONLY IF the client calls the shop 48 hours in advance of their appointment to reschedule.
Deposits will be forfeited if client reschedules the same appointment more than once.
Deposits will be forfeited if client has major design changes less than 48 hours before appointment without letting me know.
Deposits will be forfeited if client shows up to their appointment with a minor and has to reschedule their appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Payments & Gift Cards
Payments are expected, in full, at the end of the tattoo appointment.
Prices are non-negotiable.
If a client schedules for a full day, the client will be charged the full day rate, even if the client would like to end earlier.
Gift cards are valid for one year from purchase.
Cover ups & touch ups
Touch ups are free (IF NEEDED) within six months from original appointment. After six months, touchups will be charged accordingly.
Free touchups will not be honored if client is negligent in tattoo aftercare.
Tattoos on the hands are not guaranteed due to the area. Hand touchups will be charged accordingly.
Complete coverups are not guaranteed. It may take multiple appointments to cover up original work.
Coverups are not valid for the free six month touchup. Touchups on cover ups will be charged accordingly.
Aftercare
Clients are responsible for following aftercare instructions given to them. Failure to do so could result in a poorly healed tattoo or infection.
If clients have any questions or concerns at all during their healing process, they are encouraged to call or text the studio.
Health & Safety
- My facility is fully licensed by the State of South Carolina Department of Heath and Environmental Control (SCDHEC) and regularly inspected.
- I am certified in Bloodborne Pathogens, Infection Control, CPR, First Aid and are annually reviewed and renewed.
- The safety of my clients is my utmost concern.
